A Candid Look at Ela Conf’s Numbers – Ela Organizers – Medium
We realized that there seems to be a disconnect concerning the reality of our budget and we decided we should be transparent about our challenges and struggles with organizing Ela Conf. Recently we collected numbers and stats from our 2015 and 2016 events to share our growth, how we raised and allocated funds, and to take a closer look into what goes into the event on a more personal level.
